We are currently seeking a Warehouse Sound Technician to join our team in our warehouse, just outside Brackley, Northamptonshire.
Following company procedures in checking goods in, storage of goods and stock control, testing kit, checking goods out & general Administrative duties
Main purpose of job
To carry out general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager (or any other Manager). To be aware of, and follow, warehouse safety procedures.
- Loading & unloading kit/equipment from delivery vans or lorries, checking that the correct quantity and type of kit/equipment have been received & recording any damaged, missing or faulty kit/equipment – verbally reporting these to the Warehouse Manager or any other Manager at that time.
- Allocating storage space to kit/equipment, relocating and re-stacking (in an orderly fashion), to make space for a new delivery, keeping manual records of kit/equipment, their location and quantity & re-ordering with purchasing department if stock levels fall too low.
- To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines, to assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager or any other Manager.
- Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris prior to leaving.

Skills and Qualifications required
We are looking for a confident, proactive candidate with a good understanding of warehouse procedures, good technical knowledge of professional audio equipment, good analytical skills for fault-finding and testing, and a neat and organised approach to stock management.
You will bring good communication skills, and have a good understanding of applicable Health & Safety regulations for the warehousing environment.
You should ideally be based locally to Northamptonshire.
