Description:

Reporting to the Service Centre Team Leader the Service Centre Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the Service Database, Warranty Claim processing, and liaison with technicians within the department. Key responsibilities for the role include:

· Administering the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) system for warranty and non-warranty repairs with dedicated Database software. Receive and process items to ensure customers’ property is identified, repaired and returned.
· Being responsible for invoicing.
· Contacting vendors regarding any aspect of RMA transaction.
· Being the helpdesk first point of contact for Pan European customers via telephone/email regarding any requests they may have, including technical (training will be given).
· Administration of sub-assemblies within the department including their dispatch/receipt on Service Database and monitoring future requirements/stock levels.
· Dispatching repaired item to clients via stores, as well as maintaining records to ensure the return of exchange items.
· Organise Service Department paperwork so that records are complete, accurate and easily found.

Skills and Qualifications required

The ideal applicant will come with the following skills and experience:
· Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Accuracy and numeric skills
· Quick and accurate data entry skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Work well under pressure
· A strong level of customer service experience.
· Previous experience within the lighting industry would be an advantage, especially within a client facing position.
· Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish and/or German) would be an advantage
