We've got a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager to come join as at Colour Sound HQ in North West London.

Key responsibilities include:
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide expert advice
• Work with clients and Lighting Designers to help realise their vision, interpreting and creating lighting, video and rigging plots
• Work in collaboration with the Managing Director and Department Heads, keeping systems and relevant parties updated at every stage and monitoring for quality control
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing and new client relationships as a primary relationship manager
• Negotiate sub hires and purchases from suppliers with strong commercial acumen
• Submit carnet, health and safety and accreditation documentation as required

Skills and Qualifications required

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is able to deliver under pressure, with a proven track record within the entertainment lighting and live events industry. A strong corporate background or experience with lighting installations desirable.

Technical knowledge of entertainment lighting and/or video is a must - the day-to-day job will be ensuring seamless project delivery, from quotation to debrief, and attracting and building customer relationships.

Ideally, you will come with:
• Knowledge of Colour Sound Experiment stock and current industry trends
• Ability to build lasting client relationships, take ownership and see things through to completion
• Creative and practical problem solving abilities
• Awareness of operational logistics and relevant international regulations
• Excellent attention to detail, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
• Ability to plan ahead, organise, prioritise, delegate and oversee workload
• Proficiency with a lighting design program, such as WYSIWYG
• Proficiency with a rental management software, such as Current RMS

Salary: Negotiable upon experience
Working Hours and Location: This will be predominantly an office based role, Monday to Friday, but site work is also required and may involve working evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Annual Leave: 28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays
