This role requires an experienced Production Manager to ensure that the workshop department meets production targets. This involves:
· Management of staff resources & people planning
· Being responsible for the scheduling and issuing of work into all workshop departments
· Maintaining Quality Standards of all manufactured products
· Ensuring production departments meet project load dates

Skills and Qualifications required

Applicants will have a proven track record within scenic or exhibition workshops, with good technical knowledge. They will have proven management skills, be able to arrange and manage schedules, and be able to meet deadlines with relentless accuracy.
