Description:
The ideal candidate will work closely with hire desk and admin departments to manage client accounts in all aspects of the business, acting as primary client contact, listening to and responding to client briefs, establishing their needs accurately and satisfactorily carrying out the process of supplying the hire of audio visual equipment and presentation services.
You will be involved in all aspects of:
· Business development
· Client liaison
· Training
· Budgeting and quotation
· Purchasing
· Administration
· Managing in-house and freelance technicians
Skills and Qualifications required
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in project management within the AV sector. Experience in the events industry is absolutely essential, and you will need to have technical knowledge of AV solutions.
You will be commercially aware, prepared to and comfortable with the selling aspect of the role and have outstanding client management skills. A perfect candidate will bring contacts within the industry with them that can be developed as a new client base.
