The Client is looking for a Head of Video to:
- manage the team of field technicians
- oversee events from a technical/ production point of view
- advise clients on the range of products and services available and sell the available services and equipment in line with the client's requirements - this will involve understanding not only what the client wishes to achieve, but what signals and equipment will be integrated to produce the desired effect
- maintain existing client rental contracts

Skills and Qualifications required

The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and enthusiastic. You will need to be customer focused and have the desire to deliver outstanding service both in the client-facing role, as well as during event management.

You will have excellent knowledge and working experience of video media servers, video equipment, event planning and management from a technical point of view, as well as management of teams of technicians. You will be a good communicator with excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
