Description:
The right person for this role will need to provide comprehensive technical and related support services within the service department, with occasional on site work. Their main duties include:
· General repairs.
· Telephone/email support.
· Demo prepping.
· Architectural product support.
· In-house backup
· Customer repairs and A-Stock prepping.
· Ongoing improvement of product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications required
The perfect candidate should have knowledge and experience of using IT systems to include Outlook, Excel and Word. It would be helpful if they have some technical and operational knowledge of intelligent lights, and some familiarity of the products that the Client distributes. They will be confident working with electronics and computers. Specific training will be provided.
He or she will have good communications skills and telephone manner; will be able to work in a team or on own initiative, work under pressure and within strict time restraints. He or she will also be self-motivated, positive and polite.
