Description:
The objective is to be responsible for the full sales process of a set of defined hotels (regional and local) to ensure that the Client can negotiate and enter a contract with them. The role will require an analytical approach to analyze these hotels, define a sales tactic, and be able to meet/present and finally execute a strategy to close the contract.
Further, the objective is also to optimize the revenue from the existing hotel contracts, through execution of an account management program. Here, it is essential to develop regular account reviews so that the right customer service is provided, and that the opportunity to up sell on the Client's products and services is always taken, hence maximizing revenue
opportunities.
Above all, the objective is to make sure that the customer receives the right product/ service for them and delivered in a professional and effective manner. It is important to provide the right consultancy services through the sales cycle, installation and account management.
Key responsibilities:
· Analyze, define strategy, execute sales, present and sell, draft proposals and offers, draft contracts for Regional Chains or local independent hotels
· Together with the Country Manager, work closely to analyze, evaluate and to develop an attack plan for these target hotels
· Main sales contract for Regional Chains and local independent hotels.
· Support Country Manager on existing Frame Agreements, if required
· Provide effective handover to After Sales Team when a contract is signed and support After Sales Team to make sure that the Client fulfills its obligations.
· Support Country Manager in renewing existing contracts
· Provide Account Management Support for existing hotels to drive incremental revenue and to provide customer support.
· Training Hotel staff on the basics of the Client's product.
· Responsible for keeping up to date with different products and prices.
· Implement up to date information on the Client's premium product.
· Participate at road shows in the United Kingdom, if required
Skills and Qualifications required
To be successful you will come with solid sales/ business development skills and experience, preferably in a similar/ related industry. You will actively seek out new accounts, and be able to manage/ develop existing accounts to maximise revenue for the business. You will be able to assess and provide expert advice on the best solutions for new and existing clients, and be able to deliver outstanding service at all times.
You will be organised, analytical and structured in your approach, with excellent presentation and communication skills. You will be results driven, and proactive in your approach.
