Their current expansion means that they have a vacancy for a senior level Operations Manager to oversee the running of all aspects of the Technical Events department.
The main duties for this role will include:
· Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients

· Developing new clients by selling the services and products available

· Being able to specify solutions according to clients' needs, offering the best sound, lighting, staging and staffing packages to meet and exceed requirements

· Managing all staff within the department

· Managing the set-up and take-down of all Hire Stock, and monitoring its maintenance and upkeep

· Overseeing all technical productions from start to finish

· Managing invoicing and accounting records for all productions

· Maintenance of excellent Health and Safety records

Skills and Qualifications required
